Conditions of Sale

Customer / Order Registration

To make a purchase, you must be registered on the website. Then simply place the products you want to purchase in the shopping cart and complete the purchase. You must follow all the steps for the order to be completed successfully.

When you complete your purchase, you will be notified automatic with a order confirmation email. When registering on our website, the customer assumes the veracity of the data provided and respect the general conditions of sale, as well as to assume responsibility for damages resulting from non-compliance with them.
The customer is informed of ordering about availability, information found in the details of the product itself. After completing the purchase, you will receive confirmation of the purchase and its number in your registration email. You can track the status of your order on our website. If there are changes, Etcine will keep you informed. In case of unavailability, the customer will be informed immediately, and the maximum period for delivery of the order cannot exceed 30 days from the date of the order.

Pricing Policy

The prices shown do not include VAT.
Shipping costs are charged to the customer and are added to the total value of the selected products. The customer will be informed of these costs before confirming their order and completing the purchase process.
Etcine reserves the right to change prices at any time. However, the prices and conditions indicated at the time of purchase are guaranteed.
In the event of a technical error, or of any other origin, that causes a substantial change in the sales price, such that it becomes exorbitant or manifestly derisory, the purchase will be considered invalid and canceled.
The prices and products available on the website are only valid for online purchases and may not coincide with the prices and conditions practiced in the physical store.
On the Etcine website you can find links to brands and manufacturers website that we represent or distribute, We are not responsible for the information contained on these sites. The provision of such links is made in good faith, to allow access to more information about the products, we cannot be held responsible for changes made to these sites.

Payment Methods

After order confirmation, payment can be made:
- Payment by Multibanco reference (Portuguese payment system)
- Payment by MBWay (Portuguese payment system)
- Paypal (Paypal Account, Debit and Credit Card)
- By Bank transfer (The order will only be sent after confirmation of the Transfer and will be canceled after 5 days if payment has not been made.)
- Payment on delivery – collection in store (no shipping charges)

Orders are processed by payment order, so we only guarantee stock availability after payment confirmation.

General Shipping Information

Orders placed and paid by 12pm will be dispatched on the same day by GLS carrier, being delivered on the following working day in mainland Portugal (Applicable to products in stock).
For volumes up to 10 kg, the option of shipping by CTT is also available. When payment is made by bank transfer, shipping is made after bank confirmation. Shipping costs are calculated during the ordering process. Another means of transport may be used, upon consultation and prior budget.
Note: These conditions apply to the Mainland and Archipelagos of the Azores, Madeira and Spain.

For international shipments, you must request information about shipping conditions and costs.

All of our orders are shipped with the respective invoice in a sachet glued to the outside of the packaging.
Important: When receiving the order, in the event that the shipping packaging is damaged, you must check its contents at the time of delivery and present the complaint to the carrier, immediately contacting Etcine, using the available means, e-mail: comercial@etcine.pt or telephone: +351 214 356 084 (Call to the national landline network). The same applies if you receive packaging in good condition but the items are damaged.


Etcine undertakes to comply with all Portuguese legislation on e-commerce sales, as well as other legal provisions in force that apply to this business. According to Portuguese Decree-Law No. 24/2014 (Transposes Directive No. 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and the Council, of October 25, 2011, on consumer rights), the consumer has 14 days calendar after receipt the items to terminate the contract and return the items.

The customer must communicate the resolution decision to Etcine and bear the costs inherent to the return. Returns of items will be accepted under the following conditions:

  • They must not show signs of use.
  • They must be in perfect condition and accompanied by the original packaging, accessories and other gifts.
  • They must have respective inviolability seals intact
  • If the packaging is damaged or the items show obvious signs of use, they will not be accepted for return and the value will not be refunded.

Returns of personalized items will not be accepted at the customer's request.

Under no circumstances should you send items without prior contact as they will not be accepted.

Make sure that items are sent properly packaged in their original packaging and in accordance with the rules mentioned above.


When a refund is authorized, it will be made after the verification of the returned items.
The refund will only be for the cost of the items (shipping costs are not refunded) and the payment method will be agreed with the customer.

Manufacturer Warranties

Etcine is just a distributor. All products sold by us are manufactured by the brands. All equipment is covered by the Manufacturer's Warranty, guaranteed by the respective brands.


All promotions are limited to the units available for the respective promotion or limited to existing stock.

Review of Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to change these "Conditions of Sale" whenever necessary in order to improve the quality of service and better serve the consumer.
